4. Permit for supply of electricity
(1) An undertaker wishing to establish undertakings for the supply of
electricity for public and private purposes and for the supply of electricity in
bulk shall apply to the Board for a permit to act as undertaker.
(2) An application shall contain a description of the proposed area of
supply and such other information as the Board may require.
