3. Application of Act
(1) —
(2) This Act, with the exception of sections 2, 3, 23, 46, 47 and 49,
shall not apply to private installations or private generating stations which
are not connected to the network of the Board.
(3) No person shall, without the written consent of the Board, install a
private generating station with a voltage exceeding 250 volts.
