8G. Endorsement of electronic transferable records
Where an enactment requires or permits the endorsement of a transferable
document or instrument, that requirement shall be satisfied in respect of an electronic
transferable record where–
(a) the information required for the endorsement is included in the electronic
transferable record; and
(b) that information complies with the requirements under sections 6 and 8.
