8G. Endorsement of electronic transferable records
Where an enactment requires or permits the endorsement of
a transferable document or instrument, that requirement shall be
satisfied in respect of an electronic transferable record where –
(a) the information required for the endorsement is
included in the electronic transferable record; and
(b) that information complies with the requirements under
sections 6 and 8.
