8H. Amendment of electronic transferable records
Where an enactment requires or permits the amendment of a transferable
document or instrument, that requirement shall be satisfied in respect of an electronic
transferable record where–
(a) a reliable method is used for the amendment; and
(b) the amended information is identified as such.
