81. Minimum service
(1) Every procedure agreement shall establish, for services specified in
the Third Schedule, the number of workers, their occupations and their
departments in respect of which a minimum service shall be maintained during any period of strike or lock-out.
(2) Before proceeding on a strike or a lock-out, every trade union or
employer concerned, as the case may be, shall ensure that the minimum service specified in the procedure agreement has been organised and put into
effect.
