Regulations or under a collective agreement where that person, by reason of
infirmity or physical incapacity, is incapable of earning the minimum remuneration specified in those regulations or collective agreement.
(2) Where a permit under subsection (1) is in force, the remuneration authorised to be paid to the worker under the permit shall, subject to compliance with the conditions under which the permit is granted, be deemed to be

an application to the Tribunal to reverse the decision and, on hearing the application, the Tribunal may make such order as it thinks fit.
