8. Written particulars of work agreement
(1) Every employer shall provide to every worker engaged for more than
30 consecutive working days a written statement of particulars of employment in the form specified in the Second Schedule, or in such form, in
French or Creole, as may be prescribed, within 14 days of the completion of
30 consecutive working days’ service.
(2) A copy of the statement of particulars shall be submitted to the Permanent Secretary within 30 days after the worker has completed 30 consecutive working days’ service.
