31. Clean-up and removal operations
The Minister shall prescribe—
(a) the procedures for clean-up and removal operations in the event
of a spill;
(b) the method of storage and of disposal of any pollutant or of any
object, plant, animal or any part of the environment removed in a
clean-up or removal operation or otherwise affected by a pollutant.
