86. Powers of Court
(1) In addition to any penalty under section 85, the Court may—
(a) order the forfeiture of any object, machine, plant, vehicle or any
article used in, or connected in any way, with the commission of
an offence;
(b) order, or prohibit, the doing of any act to stop a continuing
contravention.
(2) Where the conviction relates to an enforcement notice, a prohibition
notice, an order or direction, the Court shall order compliance with the notice, order or direction within such period as the Court may determine.
(3) Where the conviction relates to section 15 (2), the Court shall make
an order that the undertaking be stopped, ceased, closed or pulled down, as
the case may be.
