12. Persons undergoing training
No employer shall discriminate against another person where that other
person is seeking or undergoing training for employment—
(a) in the terms or conditions on which the other person is afforded
access to a training course or other facility concerned with
training; or
(b) by terminating the other person’s training or placing him at a
disadvantage during the course of training.
