62. Proceedings of Review Panel
(1) For the purposes of sections 54 and 63, the Review Panel shall hold
hearings which shall be conducted in public unless otherwise directed by the
Review Panel.
(2) The Review Panel shall sit at such place and time as the Chairperson
of the Review Panel may determine.
(3) Subject to the relevant Acts, the Review Panel shall regulate its proceedings as it may determine and shall ensure that proceedings are conducted in a manner which is consistent with the rules of natural justice and procedural fairness.
(4) The Chairperson of the Review Panel may make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to the proceedings of the Review
Panel.
(5) Regulations may provide for the payment of costs by the parties in relation to the matter before the Review Panel.
