35. Possession of firearm with intent
Any person who has in his possession any firearm, imitation firearm or
ammunition with intent to endanger life or cause serious injury to property or
to commit an offence or to enable any other person to endanger life or cause
serious injury to property or to commit an offence, shall whether any injury
to person or property has been caused or not, commit an offence and shall,
on conviction, be liable to penal servitude.
