36. Trespassers in possession of firearm
Any person who enters or is found in any building as a trespasser and has
in his possession a firearm or imitation firearm, without reasonable excuse or
justification, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a
fine not exceeding 100,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years.
