37. Use of firearms to intimidate
(1) Any person who uses, displays, loads, aims or fires a firearm with intent to intimidate another person shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 100,000 rupees and imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 15 years.
(2) It shall be a defence for any person prosecuted under subsection (1) to
establish that he was acting in lawful defence of himself or of another person.
