25. Export of fish and fish products
(1) No person shall export from Mauritius any fish or fish product except
with a permit issued by the Permanent Secretary.
(2) A permit issued under subsection (1) may be granted subject to such
terms and conditions as may be determined by the Permanent Secretary.
