33. Disposal of licensed gears
(1) No licensee shall dispose of any licensed gear referred to in section 29 (1) (b), (c), (d) and (g) without the written approval of the Permanent
Secretary.
(2) No gear licensee shall replace any gear referred to in subsection (1)
unless—
(a) the gear has become unserviceable;
(b) the gear is surrendered to the Permanent Secretary; and
(c) the Permanent Secretary approves its replacement in writing.
(3) The Permanent Secretary may cause to be destroyed any gear which
is surrendered to him under subsection (2) (b).
