41. Reporting
(1) The master or owner of any licensed fishing boat or fishing vessel
shall keep a fishing logbook in such form as may be approved in writing by
the Permanent Secretary.
(2) The master or owner of any fishing boat or fishing vessel referred to
in subsection (1) shall submit to the Permanent Secretary the fishing logbook, and any other catch data, that may be required within the time period
specified in any fishing agreement under section 35 or in the conditions of
the licence issued in respect of the fishing boat or fishing vessel, as the case
may be.
