71. Forfeiture
Where a person is convicted of an offence under this Act, the Court may,
in addition to any other penalty—
(a) order the forfeiture of any vehicle, boat, vessel, gear, article or
structure used in the commission of the offence under this Act;
(b) order the forfeiture of any fish caught in breach of this Act.
