14. Registered office
(1) Every Foundation shall have a registered office in Mauritius to which
all communications and notices shall be addressed and which shall constitute
the address for service of legal proceedings on the Foundation.
(2) The registered office of a Foundation shall be the place described as
such in its charter, in accordance with section 8 (1) (h).
