15. Change of registered office
(1) Subject to its charter or Articles, if any, and to subsection (3), a
Foundation may, at any time, change its registered office.
(2) A Foundation shall file with the Registrar notice of the change, in a
form approved by him, for registration.
(3) The change of the registered office shall take effect on the date stated in the notice, not being a date which is earlier than 7 days from the date
the notice is registered.
