24. Registration
(1) Where the Registrar is satisfied that an application for the registration
of a Foundation complies with this Act, the Registrar shall—
(a) enter the particulars of the Foundation in the register;

(b) assign a unique number to the Foundation, which shall be its
Foundation number; and
(c) issue a certificate of registration in the approved form.
(2) The Registrar may, from time to time, issue Practice Directions setting out the procedure to be followed for the registration of documents or
production of records under this Act.
(3) Any Practice Directions issued under subsection (2) shall be published
in the Gazette and shall remain in force unless amended or revoked by publication in the Gazette.
