25. Certificate of registration
A certificate of registration of a Foundation issued under section 24 (1) (c)
shall be conclusive evidence that—
(a) the requirements of this Act regarding registration have been
complied with; and
(b) the date of registration of the Foundation is the date specified in
the certificate of registration.
