30. Powers of inspection of Registrar
(1) For the purpose of ascertaining whether a Foundation or an officer is
complying with this Act, the Registrar may, on giving 7 days’ written
notice to the Foundation, call for the production of, or inspect, any record
required to be kept by the Foundation.
(2) This section shall also apply to a Foundation redomiciled in Mauritius
in accordance with section 47.
