32. Power of officers to bind Foundation
(1) The power of an officer to bind a Foundation or to authorise any other person to do so may be presumed in favour of a person dealing with the
Foundation in good faith.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), subsection (1) shall not affect the right of
any member of a Council or of a Foundation to institute proceedings to restrain
the performance of an act which is beyond the powers of an officer.
(3) No proceedings referred to in subsection (2) shall lie in respect of any
act to be done in furtherance of any legal obligation arising from a previous
act of a Foundation.
