33. Method of contracting
(1) A contract made on behalf of a Foundation—
(a) which, where made between private persons, is required to be in
writing, may be made in writing on behalf of the Foundation—
(i) and signed by the Foundation; or
(ii) by any person acting under its authority, express or implied,
and may be varied or discharged in the same manner; or
(b) which, where made between private persons, would be valid if
made orally, may be made orally on behalf of the Foundation by
any person acting under its authority, express or implied, and
may be varied or discharged in the same manner.
(2) Subsection (1) shall apply to a contract or other obligation whether—
(a) that contract or obligation was entered into in Mauritius or not; or

(b) the law governing the contract or obligation is the law of Mauritius or not.
