5. Enclosure of freeport zones
Every freeport developer shall take such measures as may be necessary—
(a) to ensure that the freeport zone allocated to him is properly
enclosed and the enclosure is properly maintained and guarded;
and
(b) to determine the appropriate entry and exit points in a freeport
zone,
to the satisfaction of the Director-General.
