4. Delimitation of freeport zones
(1) The areas of land specified in the First Schedule shall be the freeport
zones.
(2) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Board of Investment, by regulations, amend the First Schedule to provide for any area or
part of any area to be, or to be removed from, a freeport zone.
