21. Exemption from registration
Notwithstanding any other enactment, a deed witnessing a hire purchase
agreement or a credit sale agreement under this Act shall be exempt from
registration under the Registration Duty Act and the Registration and Transcription of Deeds and Inscription of Mortgages, Privileges and Charges (Rodrigues) Act.
