15. Disposal of syringes and needles
An institution or non-governmental organisation shall store all used syringes or needles collected pursuant to section 15, pending their destruction
and subject to any regulations made for the purposes of this section, in a
container resistant to puncture and capable of being sealed or securely
closed in such a way that its contents may not cause injury.
