35. Exemptions
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Authority.
(2) The Authority shall not be liable to income tax.
(3) The Authority shall not pay any charges or duties in respect of any
document executed by it or under which it is the sole beneficiary.
