36. Protection from liability
(a) A member of—
(i) the Authority;
(ii) the Standards Committee;
(iii) the Complaints Committee; or
(b) an employee of the Authority,
shall not be personally liable for any damage or loss suffered by any person
in consequence of any act or thing which was done in good faith or done or
omitted in the course of the exercise or performance of a power, duty, or
function under this Act.
