10. Judgment under appeal Where the creditor’s petition for a bankruptcy order relies on the ground that the debtor failed to comply with a bankruptcy notice, and the debtor has appealed against the judgment or order underlying the bankruptcy notice or the judgment for non-payment of trust money, as the case may be, and the appeal is still to be determined, the Court may— (a) stay the creditor’s petition for a bankruptcy order; or (b) refuse the petition.
