107. Lodging and service of order
A petitioner shall, within 7 days after the making of a winding up order—
(a) lodge with the Director—
(i) a copy of the order; and
(ii) the name and address of the liquidator;
(b) deliver a copy of the order to the Official Receiver;
(c) cause a copy of the order to be served on the secretary of the
company or on such other person or in such manner as the
Court directs; and
(d) deliver a copy of the order to the liquidator with a statement that
the requirements of this section have been complied with.
