129. Receiver for debenture holders or creditors
Where an application is made to the Court to appoint a receiver on behalf
of debenture holders or other creditors of a company which is being wound
up by the Court, the Court may grant the application on such terms as the
Court thinks appropriate and Sub-part III, to the extent that it is applicable,
shall apply.
