131. Power of arrest
Where it has reasonable ground to believe that a contributory or a director
or former director of the company is about to leave Mauritius or otherwise to
abscond or to remove or conceal any of his property for the purpose of evading payment of a call or avoiding examination respecting the affairs of the
company, the Court may, at any time after the presentation of a petition for
the winding up and before the making of a winding up order, cause the contributory, director or former director to be arrested and his books and other
movable property to be seized.
