157. Notice of appointment and address of liquidator
Every liquidator shall, within 14 days—
(a) lodge a notice of his appointment and of the situation of his office
under section 117 with the Director;
(b) in the event of any change in the situation of his office, lodge
with the Director a notice to that effect;

(c) where he resigns or is removed from office, lodge with the Director
a notice to that effect; and
(d) deliver to the Registrar and the Official Receiver a copy of every
such notice.
