200. Extension of time for preparing reports
A period of time within which a person is required to prepare a report under section 198 or 199 may be extended, on the application of that person,
by—
(a) the Court, where the person was appointed a receiver by the
Court;
(b) the Registrar of Companies, where the person was appointed a
receiver by or under an instrument.
