202. Duty to notify breaches of Acts
(1) A receiver who considers that the company or any director or officer
of the company has committed an offence against the Companies Act or the
Securities Act shall forthwith report that fact to the Registrar of Companies
and the Director.
(2) A report made under subsection (1), and any communication between
a receiver and the Registrar of Companies or the Director relating to that report shall be protected by absolute privilege.
