220. New administrator to fill vacancy
(1) The appointer of an administrator may appoint a replacement to fill a
vacancy that occurs where the administrator—
(a) resigns; or
(b) becomes disqualified.
(2) The appointment of a replacement administrator by a company shall
be made by a resolution of the directors.
