23. Stay of proceedings
(1) Subject to subsection (2), on adjudication, all proceedings to recover
any debt provable in the bankruptcy shall be stayed.
(2) On the application of any creditor or other person interested in the
bankruptcy, the Court may allow proceedings that had already begun before
the date of adjudication to continue on terms that the Court thinks appropriate.
