243. Recovery of property
(1) During the administration of a company, the owner or lessor of property that was used or occupied by, or is in the possession of, the company
shall not take possession of the property or otherwise recover it, except—
(a) with the administrator’s written consent; or
(b) with the permission of the Court.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not prevent a person from giving a notice to a
company under an agreement relating to property that is used or occupied
by, or is in the possession of, the company.
