282. Administrator may seek directions
(1) An administrator or a deed administrator may apply to the Court for
directions in relation to the performance or exercise of any of his functions
and powers.
(2) A deed administrator may apply to the Court for directions in relation
to the operations of, or giving effect to, the deed.
