285. Court’s power when office of administrator or deed administrator vacant (1) The Court may make any order it thinks appropriate where it is satisfied that— (a) in the case of a company in administration, the office of the administrator is vacant or no administrator is acting; or (b) in the case of a deed of company arrangement that is still in force, the office of the deed administrator is vacant or no deed administrator is acting. (2) An application for an order under this section may be made by— (a) a creditor or shareholder of the company; or (b) the Registrar of Companies or the Director.
