30. Vesting in Official Receiver
(1) On adjudication, all the bankrupt’s estate shall vest in the Official Receiver.
(2) Where any property which is, or is to be, comprised in the bankrupt’s
estate vests in the Official Receiver, it shall so vest without any conveyance,
assignment or transfer.
(3) A power exercisable over or in respect of property shall be deemed,
for the purposes of this Sub-part, to vest in the person entitled to exercise it
at the time of the transaction or event by virtue of which it is exercisable by
that person.
