312. Requirement to elect whether to disclaim
Where a person whose rights would be affected by a disclaimer of onerous property gives the Official Receiver or the liquidator, notice in writing
requiring the Official Receiver or the liquidator to elect, before the close of
such date as is stated in the notice, not being a date that is less than 28
days after the date on which the notice is received by the Official Receiver or
liquidator, whether to disclaim the onerous property, the Official Receiver or
liquidator is not entitled to disclaim the onerous property unless he does so
before the close of that date.
