363. Force of this Part (1) This Part shall remain in force notwithstanding any other enactment presently in force or enacted at a later date unless expressly amended by that law. (2) In case of conflict between any provision of this Part and any provision of any other enactment, the provisions of this Part shall prevail. PART VI – CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY
