407. Protection from liability
No action shall lie against the Director, or any member of the Companies
Supervisory Committee or any of the employees of the Insolvency Service or
employees of the Companies Supervisory Committee, the Official Receiver
and Deputy Official Receivers in respect of any act done or omitted to be

done by the Insolvency Service, the Director or any member of the Companies Supervisory Committee or any employee, the Official Receiver and Deputy Official Receivers in the execution, in good faith, of its or his functions
under this Act.
