43. Bankrupt entering business
(1) An undischarged bankrupt shall not, without the consent of the Official Receiver or the Court, directly or indirectly—
(a) enter into, carry on, or take part in the management or control of
any business;
(b) be employed by a relative of the bankrupt; or
(c) be employed by a company, trust, trustee, or any partnership or
unincorporated association that is carrying on a business that is
managed or controlled by a relative of the bankrupt.
(2) This section shall be in addition to, and not in derogation from, section 133 (2) of the Companies Act.
