56. Official Receiver’s discretion (1) The Official Receiver shall use his discretion in the administration of a bankrupt’s property, but shall have regard to the resolutions of the creditors at creditors’ meetings. (2) The Official Receiver or a creditor may apply to the Court for directions where the Official Receiver or creditor believes that a resolution of the creditors— (a) conflicts with this Act or any other enactment; or (b) is unjust or unfair.
